With just one day to go before my holiday was over, I felt I had to have one more walk, and so it was Los Christianos again. I set out as early as I could to avoid the sun and by 6:15 I was well underway!
It was the same wander around the hotels on the front followed by the long climb; for some reason I started to get a blister early on in this walk but decided to power through. On the journey down the hill I took a slightly different route this time and so had quite a nice view across the town and sea. That green area middle left is for Baseball which I saw on my first Los Christianos walk and they were playing at 7:30 in the morning!
The seafront itself is lovely and well worth walk along as it's well maintained and stretches all along the front, although don't relieve yourself into a bush, as the local police very quickly pull up as I witnessed as I walked past and I feel that the tourist in question was in for a hefty fine! There are some lovely beaches in Los Christianos and so the views, along with my usual choice of listening which on this holiday was "The Rest Is Football" meant that walking can be a very enjoyable experience.
To make sure that I got my 10 miles in, I walked a little further along this time, and again the elevation added to the benefits of the day.
