From Padstow we took the Camel Trail along the estuary and a nice flat route passing cyclists, walkers, runners and horse riders through Wadebridge.

The trail itself is on the old railway route similar to the Bristol to Bath cycle path!

We travelled via Bodmin and then on towards Barnstable ready for day five. By far the most flat and easiest day of the walk which was much needed considering the blisters, bleeding and aches that some of us are now suffering.
